FRIDAY- ---EVENING- Fussy Cut and Vintage

I made this card for the Die Cuttin Divas challenge(Click here) and frosted designs  Frosted Designs.. I used a printable file that I've had for a while from lettering delights and I cut everything by hand (fussy cut).   The card stock is Paper Tray Ink Kraft  cut  to  5x7 size.

FRIDAY-AFTERNOON LAST DAY OF SEPTEMBER- DISNEY-PIXAR

I made this for a few challenges at least four that I know of . After I  post I will  see if there are any more.
I absolutely loved making this project. I had originally planned on making it on the imagine, but for some reason the cartridge did not work in my machine and it was making all kinds of scary noises. I use it everyday so the thought of it being out of commission was not  a happy one.  I tried to link it up to my gypsy and the gypsy displayed that I needed to update the G before I could link it.  Oooch, that took an hour. In the mean time I thought I would try it in the Anniversay addittion expression- guess what?
Yes it worked.   Yeah!!! So I cut everything out last night and put it together this morning.  I update the "G" and was able to link. After I post this I am going to attempt to update my Imagine
The 3-D- box is from sweet tooth boxes . I wanted this cartridge from the moment I saw it, like that is something new about any cartridge that comes out.  I am so glad I got it.  The directions for this 3-D box were so clear and the box came together beautifully.

I used glossy accents on the honey dripping out of the pot.

The supplies used AC card stock white nuetrals
K& company patterned paper
enjoy the seasons(IC) patterned paper
Peachy Keen Stamps laughy taffy
Zig 2 way glue Scotch quick dry adhesive score tape
glossy accents
Pooh and friends
Sweet tooth boxes
enjoy the seasons (IC)
 Love To Crop Disney Pixar
I had originally made this for the the PKS sun  challenge ,but luckily I had leaves on my apples so it qualified for this challenge as well. I knew there was a reason I needed to get it done last night, but with all the technical problems things were not happening.

I love reading your comments, I hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it.

Thursday Again and a challenge

This is a very simple card, I just love the way it came out so elegant, Black white and subtle grays, flourishes and great sentiment.
It works for the challenge at  Stampin Sisters in Christ. and that is what I made it for
I am also linking it up to Paperplay Challenges

Thursday September 29th ----GRATITUDE

Hi Friends.

For some reason Thursdays -- every week reminds me of Thanksgiving. I know it is the 4th  Thursday in November in the US., but for some reason I like to carry that through the whole year, every week. The closer it gets to November the stronger my feelings of gratitude become.  I feel very blessed today and I want share my blessing with. I am going to give away a Starbuck's gift card along with a set of 4 of my coffee cards I haven't done this in awhile. Just leave a comment on this post. You do not need to be a follower for this give away, although  I would love if you were. For a second chance post it on your side bar and link it back to me and leave another comment.

I will leave this open until October 6 midnight Pacific Standard Time.

So far I have reached my goal and I have posted every day this year.  This particular card is made from three cartridges, I used stickles on the leaves to make them shimmer like the sun is glistening on them.
I used Paper tray ink and AC cardstock. The stamp I used is from inkadinkadoo
and the ink is Versafine onyx black

I used Sakura glace pen for the girls shoes and all the patterned paper was from Enjoy the seasons.

I really love how this came out.  The little girl and the wheel barrel are from "A Child's Year" cartridge.

Tuesday Morning Celebrate the occasion Challenge #32

I  love this week when it is Celebrate the Occasion Team 2's time to inspire-- that was almost a tongue twister. This week will be an easy challenge lets see if we can have the most number of entries ever.  The challenge is any occasion with a ribbon.
I wanted to make my card real clean and simple

I chose white card stock the card is 41/4" x 5 1/2"  I chose another piece a 1/4 inch smaller and embossed it, placed a strip of patterned  paper toward the bottom, stamped get well soon on another piece of white card stock and then adhered it to the patterned paper.  The ribbon was placed on the embossed piece before it was glued down. I love that sheer green polka dotted ribbon.  Before I put it all together I rounded all the corners.  I hope this has inspired you and you will check out all the other CTO designers  and inspired remember you have until 11:59 Sunday October 2, to enter this challenge

SATURDAY- EVENING AGAIN WINNER OF MY 500 FOLLOWER DRAWING

Hi Friends,

I know I said I was going to do the drawing earlier like 6:00. I forgot I had to fix dinner,  silly me.

I was looking at some challenges earlier, one of the requirements was to make your own embellishments.  I'm not really sure what I'm going to do. I was playing around a bit and I made this leaf by pressing it into a charm letting it dry, then I painted it with acrylic paint and then  Jaquard pearl ex water color paints. these were a lot of fun. I like the shimmery color it gives. Its approx size is 1"x 1/2"

So I know what your all waiting for the winner of the 500 follower is >>>>>>>>>>

 CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

Another few challenges
This is a 5x7 card Paper trey ink, Kraft card stock.
The patterned paper and all the images are from Enjoy the seasons.
They vary in sizes.
I am entering this in Creative Cutter Room: theme fall and three specific elements
There is a polka dot sheer green ribbon across the back of the patterned piece of paper. I put a sticker star on the little guy in front giving the worm a leaf. I faux stitched around the edges with orange neon sakura pens.
this also qualified for the Reasonable Ribbon Challenge: (Click Here)

SATURDAY-AFTERNOON- Birthday Sundaes

I really had fun with this one, not only is it a belated birthday card I am at the 11th hour getting it into the challenge. I think this is the cutest little snail. I cut it at 3". It is very dimensional because I  cut the shadow three times.  The background paper is tiny stop watches. I used 5 different patterned papers and I do not think it looks too busy,  maybe due to the contrast of the slow snail? Food for thought. I used Sakura glaze pen for the eyes.
I am entering this in the Birthday Sundaes belated birthday theme challenge.(Click Here)
I am also entering this into wee memories  WMC69

FRIDAY- ---EVENING- FALLING LEAVES WHISPER LOVE--ATC

HAPPY FALL YOU ALL!!!!

I just love every season, fall is such a pretty one I love to see the leaves fall as the light shimmers through and it always reminds me of falling in love.  I really like  the "More than favors" challenge and this week the theme happened to be fall and I am also working on my Exhibit for December, so this was the perfect opportunity to work on both.

An ATC is an Artist trading card, they measure 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"

here  are examples of three

The artist trading cards are traded, hence the name. Usually on the back of the card there is information as to the artist the location of origin and the media any further information is at the discretion of the artist.

For this one I usually do not ink  the 58793. I put my own # there

I really like to use stamps, like the ones above, instead of just writing on the back informally.

Next week I will give more info on ATC's.

Thursday- Evening- again

This paper is from My Minds Eye and DCWV. This is for the BBTB2 challenge- time for fun from  cuttin' up cart, I did not have that cartridge so I just used lyrical letters and typed my own time for fun.
A2 card
Thia s is a real quick card, the most time consuming part was pasting down every letter.
I worked on some of my ATC this past week .
