Time for an all occasion card. I used dreaming big CTMH designer series paper and the stamp set is Tea-riffic. Also used shinhan markers
I did pop the flower and the teacups up with foam tape.The ribbon is One Fathom ~ The Mermaid's Tale 1st Edition, from the DL.ART store. Oh yes and I fussy cut those cute little cups and the flower.

Like the floral DT creations. Wanted to know if you consider a Shamrock a flower? At the plant nursery I work at a Shamrock is a flowering plant. Please let me know. TY.

The shamrocks are the leaves, the plant produces white, yellow or pink flowers.
