Guess who's back? If you guessed Hope, you are right.
We have been talking about it and she (Hope) thought it would be nice to giveaway an elf, so who ever does not have one can play along.
Anyone can win though, it is a random pick, just leave a comment in the comment section why you would like to win an elf. Please leave a comment anyway.
On December 1st I will pick the winner of the elf and ship it out as soon as the winner notifies me. check the post on December 1st to see if you are the winner.

You can enter the elf antics challenge by posting your elf doing whatever elves do (family oriented Please).In the area under your entry you can leave up to 50 characters describing what your elf is up to.
As most of you know my elf Hope is pretty sweet.
A couple of years ago I took Hope with me to Michigan- she liked the snow. I will tell you more tomorrow...
Hope came in from the cold and it looks like she will be staying awhile she brought her suitcase with her this time. This was last year

She set THE RULES that there needs to be an elf in the project. You know how she likes red (hint). She also text-ed the more elves the better.
Long story short, link up to 1 elf antic per day.
The rule is there needs to be an elf in the picture. We like to hear what your elf is up to, so let us know. She is really excited to meet all your elves.
This linky party will be open until Dec 24th at 11:55 p.m. The winners will be announced on Christmas day. We will try to get all prizes shipped out by the end of the year so please check back on Christmas day to see if you are a winner.

Welcome back Hope. I'm looking forward to seeing all the Elf Antics this year. No doubt my elves will find some mischief!
ReplyDeleteAaw, that's wonderful, Diana! I don't need an elf but I just wanted to wish everyone the best of luck in the draw! Eli has arrived here and will be wanting to hit the town again, I am sure! Hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteSo happy to see Hope again, and she is looking as sweet as ever! I would love to win an elf for my little grandson, Briggs, who turns 1 on December 16. After all, every child needs an elf buddy for Christmas, right?

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas! I'm considering going to Target to buy a girl elf on shelf because I saw there is an biplane (some know I'm a pilot and the biplane looks like the one I helped build & fly doing aerobstic manuevers).

Not able to comment on Flickr (my Flickr acct expired and unable to create new) so wanted KT Fit Kitty know that I like her Elf at post office. Is the larger Elf that Eli climbed into pocket of also yours or is it the post office display?

Thanks, Melissa! The larger elf belongs to the post office. The postmaster always does a lovely job decorating for the holidays. Eli likes to go there with us each day to see if he can sneak more candy canes without her noticing!

Day 4 (Entry 34) - My elf Eli seems to find interesting friends wherever he goes! Here at Brian's sister's house, he has cuddled up to a cute dog. Eli has been noticing a lot of Buffalo check lately and he approves!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like I've been leaving my comments on the wrong linky so I think I've got it right now. Loopy has been finishing up her shopping this week along with practicing her Elf Princess parade wave. She met the new Master of Ceremonies at this year's bash and gave him her Christmas wish list. Uh Loopy, that's not Santa..lol!

DeleteDay 6 and Ron went with Mum and I to an appointment. He kept himself busy in the waiting room reading a magazine and doing some puzzles in it.
ReplyDeleteDay 5 (Entry 41) - My elf Eli was feeling parched and wanted to get the party started! He said, "Bring on the Bubbly!" I don't know if elves should drink so it didn't happen. Water is all you're getting, Eli!
ReplyDeleteI hate to think what mischief Eli would get into after drinking bubbly. Good call to keep him on water!
DeleteWally is still taking it easy on Day 4) as he wants to get over his cold in time to help me wrap gifts. I've been giving him lots of attention and hot tea (with lots of honey, of course!)

DeleteDay 6 (Entry 48) - My elf Eli woke up this morning to a few inches of snow! He was so excited that he rushed outside to play. He got himself all tuckered out and decided to have a rest so I took a photo.
ReplyDeleteThe snow looks lovely surrounding Eli. I bet it was really cold sitting in the snow though.
DeleteWally is getting over his cold and feeling much better now. A little TLC goes a long way for an elf! I found him up on top of my jewelry case, draped in beads necklaces. Hey Wally, you're supposed to be wrapping those, not wearing them!
ReplyDeleteHe does look great with his beads on. Maybe he'll wrap them once he gets sick of wearing them.
DeleteDay 7 (Entry 52) - My elf Eli is always looking for fun places to hide - he wants to be inconspicuous to see if anyone will notice him! Here he's tucked himself into a little Christmas tree!
ReplyDeleteI'm not so sure he is that well hidden. He does look very comfortable there though.
DeleteDay 8 (entry 56). Ron came to the supermarket with me again. This time he found someone to hang out with!
DeleteDay 9 (Entry 60) - Ron came with me to look at some decorations in the Town Hall. He wanted his photo taken on top of the welcome sign.
ReplyDeleteLoopy made herself a nice mug of hot cocoa today and wore her matching cocoa tee-shirt. Since we only had big marshmallows, she cut one up into tiny pieces to float on top of her cocoa, smart elf!
ReplyDeleteSmart elf indeed. Glad she could enjoy hot cocoa with marshmallows - it's not the same without them.
DeleteI didn't realize I was supposed to comment here every day. I've uploaded day 8 & 9 today with Suzy visiting the decorations in our house. She's enjoying the holiday season!
ReplyDeleteDay 8 (Entry 65) - Everywhere we go, my elf Eli wants to play hide and seek! He's getting so good at it! We were in a waiting room recently and Eli spotted a great hiding place in the poinsettia! He looks right at home no matter where he is!

DeleteDay 9 (Entry 68) - My elf Eli found another tree! He seems to enjoy hanging around and blending in! Eli continues to look for other elves in this area but isn't having much luck. It's a good thing there are lots of elves over at Hope's Linky Party!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely tree that Eli is hiding in. Ron is enjoying following what all the other elves are doing as he isn't finding any elves in this area either!

ReplyDeleteWe've been hit with a bunch of colds and coughs at our house and are finally getting better but I'm way behind on checking out all the elf activity! Good thing Loopy didn't get sick because someone had to make tea and keep the tissue boxes handy! However, since I wasn't able to keep a close watch on her, she slipped into a vase when she tried to climb closer to the tree. Watch out Loopy!

DeleteDay 12 (Entry 84) - Eli is like other elves in that he loves candy! He would eat candy all day long and sometimes he does! It certainly gives him lots of energy!

DeleteRon Day 13 (Entry 87) - Ron wants to come to my Mum's Christmas party! The table was set up ready and he liked the look of it.

Wally got misplaced for several days but I found him in time to put him on gift wrap duty. Of course though, he disappeared and I caught him taking a nap break! Wally...I need your help because I'm so far behind...awk!!

ReplyDeleteDay 15 (Entry 107) - It's another day at the Post Office and Eli is finding new ways to amuse himself! Still showing off his acrobatics, he doesn't realize that he appears to be for sale! Luckily I rescued him before anyone tried to purchase him!
ReplyDeleteDay 16 (Entry 114) - All of our snow got rained away over the weekend, so my elf Eli wants more snow! It seems he will be getting his wish tonight if the forecast is correct!

Things are hectic around my house so I'll have to try to catch up on my comments, but I see a lot of elf mischief afoot. Wally is helping Santa at the North Pole this week so his little cousin, Tiny Tim came for a visit. He rolled into town on his cute little pup-mobile!
ReplyDeleteDay 17 (Entry 118) - Eli loves birds, especially cardinals! He wishes he could befriend a real cardinal but for now he'll settle for this ornamental one, which won't fly away!
ReplyDeleteEntry 124, Tiny Tim knew I don't have a tree up, so he brought his own little tree, complete with twinkling lights! He's having a lot of fun checking out all the other elves and wishes he could attend the elf meet-up but he has to be home before then. Hmmm, maybe his pup-mobile can take him there anyway!

ReplyDeletePost #128 finds Tiny Tim finally taking a little break after several days of Christmas flurry! He's been helping around the house with gift wrapping, and loves to chat about Ssnta and all the other elves. I'll be sad to see him go, but looking forward to having Wally back!

ReplyDeleteDay 20 (Entry 144) - My elf Eli has been in a very festive mood as each day brings him closer to Christmas! His days are definitely merry and bright!
ReplyDeleteDay 21 (Entry 148) - My elf Eli checks out all of the other elves' photos each day, and ever since he saw Tiny Tim with his roller-skating puppy, Eli has been asking for a roller-skating kitty. Since that's not happening, Eli decided to play pretend with this kitty tissue box. No roller skates but it seems to be keeping him occupied at the moment!
ReplyDeleteDay 22 (Entry 151) - I asked Eli to hang his stocking and when I went looking for him later, this is what I found! I explained to Eli that he mistakenly chose a wooden decoration shaped like a stocking. He thought there was something amiss, so now he's going to pick a proper stocking, one that will hold lots of candy!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that he is going to hang a proper stocking. He would have been very disappointed otherwise! It is a nice stocking though so I can understand why he chose it - just not practical!
