Welcome to the DL.ART SEPTEMBER 2021 Linky challenge

How was the month of August for you? I loved August, I always do it is our Birthday month and usually the weather is pretty nice.  It was absolutely wonderful here we had much cooler temperatures than last year and thank God no fires near us.

Do you remember this past July my Cricut bit the dust?  The pen holder was not holding the pen correctly?   Well, that was all taken care by me I filmed a video of me fixing it, but I have not played it yet to see how it will look. August my printer quit printing even though I had new cartridges in there. Well printer engineer at your service.  I decided I would take the printer head apart and fix it.  It took me a week to get it working again and three sets of ink you know how much ink is right? 12 cartridges later I got my printer working.  I probably could have gone and bought a new printer for what it cost in the ink that I ran through the printer, but I really like this printer.

Did you enjoy your last month?

#1. If so, what was your favorite part?

#2. What is your favorite part about September?

#3 Do you make any special plans or projects in September?

  1. LOVE your card!! August was very hairy for me, lots going on, kind of glad it's over honestly!! In September, because it is National Stamping Month, I try to post a card or two to my blog every day and I always treat myself to new toys. This year I don't have as much time to create as usual as we have family coming in for a visit FINALLY after what feels like forever.

  2. Wonderful card, as always.
I enjoyed my last mont, especially because of my holidays by the sea.
I don't really like September, because I know, the summer is over. I don't like cooler days. I like just trees in beautiful autumn colours.
    No special projects in September.
    Hugs, Valerija

  4. Colorful and fun card, Diana. Love the pretty yellow ribbon and those sunglasses! Nothing new going on in August (vacay at end of this month, which WILL be my fave part of September LOL). And I have started making Halloween projects, which I love.

  5. Wow, what a fun card Diana...really captures the feel of summer. I'm eager to see summer leave and fall to begin because of all the wildfires in California and the hot weather. No special plans for September except to organize my craft room...but that's what I plan to do every month, haha!

  6. Such a gorgeous summer card, Diana! Looks like you had a great month of August! Nothing exciting happened here in August but I am enjoying September so far as I love the cooler nights and great weather for walking. No exciting plans for September, just the same old, same old, but I'm content with that :-) Have a fun September!

  7. August flew by real quick that I don't remember if I have any favorites during that month. September is a difficult month because we thought we will lose my mom, not to COVID though. She just stopped eating. Unexpectedly, it is my dad whom we lost to a dissected aneursym. Thankfully, my mom recovered. My big plan for September and October is to help out my mother and my sister to the best that I can. I know it is only temporary since we live far apart. And when I say apart, I have to travel across an ocean just to be with them. And, with COVID, traveling is not the most pleasant thing to do these days.

  8. Hmmm - August bought us another nationwide lockdown, so it was not the most auspicious month.
September means spring and the start of gardening :) Subsequently a lot of my September planning is around the vegetable garden.
    Stay safe
    Blessings

  9. I like August because I can still swim in my pool (we shut it down in September) I LOVE September because it is my birthday and my wedding anniversary! I have been falling behind on my projects, I've lost my mojo and can't get it back.

    Hugs,
    Chriss

  10. August is a special month to me because my daughter was born the 18th of August. She survived Covid -19 and five weeks in the respirator. :D

I love Fall because of the fresh air and darker evenings - I open the windows and light some candles - it´s cozyness to me.

I always start anew when september comes.

    Have a great September!

  11. Great card, Diana!! So festive and fun.
#1 - I honestly can't remember a thing from August, but this is the last day of September so I will answer for this month. It was a bear of a month for me because I missed the entire thing due to being sick as a dog with Covid. I am feeling better now but still taking lots of naps!!
#2 - I do love September (usually!!) because the weather is finally cooler.
#3 - Septemeber is USUALLY used preparing in earnest for my Cat Lovers Hop at the end of October (instead of being in bed all month!)...so no special cards are made except for requests from friends for special birthday cards.
Thank you, Diana, for another sweet challenge.
    Take care!!
