Good Afternoon Everyone,
It was such a beautiful day here today, about 75 degrees and the fog lifted early and you could see the ocean so clearly
I went to the health club for the first time in nearly 8 weeks since my injury. Quite a few changes, There were nearly 20 new machines. I only did aerobics - no weights.
I am working my way very slowly back to where I was.
These are hand sewn I used the back stitch on these.
I used copic markers and embroidery floss on these stamped flower.
Autumn leaves stamps.
