DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY
CHALLENGE: Thank you/ anything postal

Thank you for joining us for our new  CREATIVE CUTTER ROOM  challenge! We saw such sweet and adorable Easter and Bunny projects!  We appreciate you joining us and hope you will join us for this next challenge!

The CCR Design Team will be showcasing the Creative Cutter Room Bow maker!

If you have troubles making bows?    Yes!  I did
I am so thrilled, Cathie gave each one of us one of these bow makers and I can now make a bow that looks presentable. If you have noticed my projects for the last few weeks there are a lot of bows. I owe it to this bow maker.  It is awesome

Here is my project:

I love how this card came out this is such a cute image from the new  Cricut cartridge "Paper doll teen scene". I must be a kid at heart playing with paper dolls. My patterned paper on the girl is from the All wrapped up imagine cartridge and then my other papers are from the "Boy Crazy March kit from SPS. The sentiment is from "MY PINK STAMPER" lunch box thoughts I only used part of the sentiment. It seemed to work.

big or little here is the solution! You can check out Cathie's Video HERE and see this Bow Maker in action!  It is so funny, the audio is not working quite right--- It really does sound like something from a spooky movie, you still get the idea, and the nice thing is Cathie jokes about herself. She has such a great sense of humor and she is so generous, she is really fun to design for and I have to give a shout out to Carri the busy bee for being super coordinator

The bow maker is
Compact and easy to use!

You can check out the CCR Shop HERE! It is only $8.00!

APRIL 18, 2012***WEDNESDAY***HAPPY BIRTHDAY***

Hi!! Me again,
Another post, I know crazy me, but remember I told you I was going to pop the balloons on there to give it extra layering.  Well, I did I cut them from lyrical letter that is a super cartridge there are a lot of other shapes on there that you would never expect, being a font cartridge and all.

So well I was snooping around the blogs I found it is Madison's 17th birthday, if you get a chance go wish her a happy birthday. She is such a sweet heart, with compassion beyond her years.
 Happy Birthday Madison

Yesterday was awesome, it was a beautiful warm day, we were outside most of the time for the -HPC- (Homeless project Connect)
When I got home I sat in the chair and slept for over an hour and never moved.  I must have been exhausted. I met a new friend named Josh he is 4  and we colored together.  We both share green as our favorite color.  When we said good bye  he asked, " Will I ever see you again?"
My heart could have just melted, " I replied I sure hope so."
Kids just say the cutest things.

Challenge:
BBTB2: balloons

Have a blessed day.

APRIL 17, 2012***TUESDAY***HAPPY BIRTHDAY***

Good Tuesday Morning,

I always like the MOJO  Mondays sketch - I decided I wanted to flip it--

If you are looking for me this morning, I am at the "Homeless Project connect"  I knew I wanted to get this posted before I headed out, because I don't know if I will get back on here until later tonight.
May is the booming month for Birthdays in my family, I need a ton of them, but I want to put some in my shop so I think I will make duplicates especially of this one because I need the balloons to be cut out with the cricut  for a challenge. You will be seeing this posted again later for that challenge, with different   balloons added .

MONDAY MORNING A birthday card -- Surprise it is not another Christmas card.

Over at Birthday Sundaes the challenge is to use a cartridge that has not been used in awhile-or neglected whatever the case may be, I have a lot of those. I just love this cartridge and the images on it are so adorable.
You know you can never have enough birthdays.  This one is already spoken for.  I love the way it came out. It is so simple. I cut the happy birthday 3 times and layered it to give it some dimension. Of course it is my favorite color green and I really like the brown & pink with it
See you real soon.
