Happy Monday Friends,

I just had to get a stamped card in today. One of my dear friends moved to Hawaii in September, She will be visiting this week her b-day was in January so I am going to give her this card on Thursday- oops I think I just blew it-- she is probably looking at this right now.  Hopefully she is too busy packing and flying to see it.  any way here it is.  I spent this weekend cleaning up and putting away all my stamps, only to bring them out again today. I'm trying to stay on top of things now and will put everything away as I go. Are you like this to? Do you leave your things out or do you put them away after each project????

I admire the people that can clean up right away.  It seems I always have something come up in the middle of what I am doing, or right after ward.

The one layered piece on top of the card is made by using Stamp sets by PTI "Textured shapes" and "Happiness in bloom"
my inks: Jeni Bowlin bubble gum, cough syrup, stick candy, seed packet and malted milk.  I added a viva pearl pen pearl to the center of the smallest flower.  All the rest of the products are PTI vanilla cream ,and stampers select white. Inks ripe avocado dark chocolate and classic craft.
I just love the way this came out.

  4. I'll bet your friend will love this- the flowers kind of look Hawaiian to me, definitely has a tropical feel!
I HAVE to clean up after each project, or I won't start another. I can't focus on anything if I have things scatter about, just one of my many quirks. : )

  6. Your friend will love it! The colors blend so well together! I usually put things away with the exception of stamp release projects...then I leave everything out til I am done. Right now, my room needs desperate attention!
    Have a great day!

  7. And the flowers even LOOK Hawaiian! So beautiful. Your friend will love this!
Not sure what my craft room would look like all cleaned up. There's always something that needs organizing. But I'm happy. Don't know if I'd be if all were spit spot!

  9. well --- i wish i put everything away after each project, but it never happens. Since I have more time on my hands lately, I have been slowly cleaning my craft room. Sad and glad to say I found inks, cuts, paper, and embellishments in stacks from several years ago.

  10. Beautiful card you've made and I put most of my stuff away while I'm creating if I get to much if a mess it drives me crazy and my kitty will think I'm leaving him something to bat off the table to fall on the floor. Then look at me and say job it fell let's try that again :)

  11. Diana, this is so beautiful. Great take on the challenge. I usually try to clean up after I'm done stamping, otherwise it drives me crazy too, trying to work in a mess. Your friend is going to love it and have a fun visit.
