Hi Friends,
Welcome to the BBTB2 challenge. Our DT sister Michelle has chosen the challenge this week, she has challenged us to create a card, layout or project using  " A Snowflake" as the theme.
You must use a cricut cartridge with any die cut. That is it!! and have fun.

I have to say, I was working outside the box on this one (Pun intended). This was a super easy project. Because I made the boxes so small to open them on top would just rip the snowflake so, these would open on the side when you remove the twine. When I make them in the larger size you can open them by separating the snowflake from one side of the box to the other. This is a great size as a favor box. I cut two from one 12 x 12 sheet.

  8. You made a great decision to open the boxes on the side. I have made the box before, and know what you mean about the snowflake tearing easily. The twine is such a nice touch.

  9. OMGosh Diana, I am so loving these little boxes! They are so cute, and I think I really love them small. Great idea to have them open from the side, that way it doesn't mess up those beautiful snowflakes! I also love the twine your placed around them, really adds the finishing touch. Hugs, Brenda
