I used PTI Birthday Celebration stamp set. sale tag. I used clear embossing powder for the sentiment. I like the way Heather did that and how she always uses Kraft card stock.

The inks for the stars and balloons are CTMH tangerine, raspberry and pomegranate . My card is 4.25 x 5.5
