SATURDAY MORNING -- Christmas card for BBTB2

I am so loving getting my Christmas cards done. I am grateful that Bitten By the Bug 2 has a challenge for using the word Joy from a cartridge that I have not used in quite awhile. Last year I had worked on some Christmas cards and I die cut the word Joy, peace and Noel, a few times for cards.  It seemed the word joy kept floating around my art room. I don't know how it happened , but whenever I needed to remember the word joy there it was. one time I found it in my bathrobe pocket another time it was in the garage by my door to my car. Another time it was in my purse. Go Figure.  Then, one day I was talking to someone who was really unhappy. I opened my purse and the joy was still there -- So I gave her my JOY.  I still had my internal JOY.
What do you think?

MONDAY- MORNING AGAIN- and a layout- a 2-Pager at that

Good morning Everyone,

I don't normally do layouts, but because of the up coming Season I thought it would be fun. I found a great sketch over at Creative Cutter Room (Click Here). Seriously it took me a few days to think about what I was going to do and then a couple to put it together. I love how it came out. It is so whimsical thanks to the enjoy the Seasons cartridge.

This is the full layout a 2 -page layout at that-- I used the Holly Border at the bottom and glossy accents to make the berries shiny and festive. I am entering this in the Pink stamper Challenge (Click Here)
I used the Fiskars apron punch for the red border. For my stamp sentiment I used My Pink Stamper "Winter treats and Sayings"
All the images and paper were printed and cut from the enjoy the seasons cartridge. Except for the 2011, I used story book and color filled it onto AC white card stock from the "Enjoy the season" cartridge

This is the right page of the 2 -page layout
Here is a close up of the Holly border. I chose this border to qualify for the CC weekly challenge.  I really like how this came out.  I hope you do to. Who knows maybe I will do another layout.

FRIDAY-AFTERNOON LAST DAY OF SEPTEMBER- DISNEY-PIXAR

I made this for a few challenges at least four that I know of . After I  post I will  see if there are any more.
I absolutely loved making this project. I had originally planned on making it on the imagine, but for some reason the cartridge did not work in my machine and it was making all kinds of scary noises. I use it everyday so the thought of it being out of commission was not  a happy one.  I tried to link it up to my gypsy and the gypsy displayed that I needed to update the G before I could link it.  Oooch, that took an hour. In the mean time I thought I would try it in the Anniversay addittion expression- guess what?
Yes it worked.   Yeah!!! So I cut everything out last night and put it together this morning.  I update the "G" and was able to link. After I post this I am going to attempt to update my Imagine
The 3-D- box is from sweet tooth boxes . I wanted this cartridge from the moment I saw it, like that is something new about any cartridge that comes out.  I am so glad I got it.  The directions for this 3-D box were so clear and the box came together beautifully.

I used glossy accents on the honey dripping out of the pot.

The supplies used AC card stock white nuetrals
K& company patterned paper
enjoy the seasons(IC) patterned paper
Peachy Keen Stamps laughy taffy
Zig 2 way glue Scotch quick dry adhesive score tape
glossy accents
Pooh and friends
Sweet tooth boxes
enjoy the seasons (IC)
 Love To Crop Disney Pixar
I had originally made this for the the PKS sun  challenge ,but luckily I had leaves on my apples so it qualified for this challenge as well. I knew there was a reason I needed to get it done last night, but with all the technical problems things were not happening.

I love reading your comments, I hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it.
