Happy Tuesday Everyone,

Happy Birthday to me today!!!  Whether I want it or not here it comes.
These years just keep creeping up.  Does anyone else feel like that?

 It has been awhile since I made a card with just black and white, but there was a challenge out there so I did it.

The stamped image and sentiment are from CC,  the kitty die and true black card stock are from  PTI. the ink is versamark onyx black.  the cats add a nice bold look to the fine lines of the stamped image. it looks like they want to get in the little cottage and get on the counter and find food that was left out.  You cat owners know what I mean, right?
We no longer have cats, but each one had their own personality, as you know and I just loved our cats.

The card measures 4.25 x 5.5.

Happy Hump day Everyone,

There are a lot of birthdays coming up in August, not to mention the few we have had this month. I made this card for a 1st birthday and then thought it looked a little to grown up for a 1 year old. So I made another one I will share that tomorrow. I have been making a lot of ribbon and getting ready for the Free shipping I will be offering from today until my birthday on August 6th.  Challenge #245 "SUMMER"


Happy Thursday Everyone,

I am sorry I have been MIA so much lately, in a few days I will fill you in on what I have been up to. For today, I am going to enjoy the fourth and I hope you do also.




A reminder on the changes for the challenges-

      To begin, the Themed challenges will now start on the first Thursday of the month and end on the last Thursday of the month. There will only be one DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY CHALLENGE a month.
Every other month the challenge theme will be "Always Thankful" and on the others months it will have a "different theme"
The themes will be posted in the tab bar above so you will know ahead of time what they are. You can enter 2x per week.
The Thankful Thursday challenges will now just be for fun, every once in awhile there will be a prize offered.

There will still be a DL.ART Monthly linky challenge with Anything goes, starting on the first day of the month and ending on the last. You can enter 1 x per day.There is always a prize for the monthly linky.

Week #2
The DSP is from Echo Park Imagine that. The stamps and dies are from Joy Clair Seas the day I won this on their challenge last year I just love their stamps. I used copic markers, CTMH Thistle ink and Lawn fawn merman ink. The crinkle ribbon is from the DL.ART golden crinkle ribbon bundle. I really had a lot of fun with this card. It measures 4.25 x 5.5

Week #1

I used liquid glass to hold the acrylic domes to the bottom of the card  to add interest. I created a fun summer scene that reminds me of my everyday life.
I hope you love my project. I used Summer Lovin' from Carte Bella
