DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY CHALLENGE # 303 "Christmas in July"
Happy Thursday!
I was experimenting with my Cricut maker this week. Last Black Friday I got a great deal from Cricut on the maker with a bundle of materials and accessories. I am pushing my maker to the limit and I am using DS to create cards that are made for the joy and I am converting them to use with the maker. How fun is that? I am also using this Cricut Glitter paper for the insert, The paper is beautiful and I can not wait to try cutting it. The glitter part of the paper seems to be very stable and stays on the paper real well, I have used some in the past where the glitter flakes off of the paper, not a good look.
I made this card and a few more that I will share with you in another post.
Week #2 project
Are you celebrating Christmas this month? I didn't think so, but I thought I would give you a challenge so you can get some Christmas cards done ahead of time.
How many Christmas cards do you send out? What is the largest amount of Christmas cards you have ever given or sent out?
Doesn't Christmas seem closer when you get to make cards in the summer?
I really like making these fun Christmas box cards.
What do you think, Have you ever tried making one if so, do you like making box cards ?
PRIZE: This card.

Your cards are gorgeous, Diana. I love making box cards even tho they can be time consuming. But I love to display them at the holidays (I made one for the 4th of July a couple years ago that I love!). I send anyone I can think of a Christmas card - because I make so many all year! lol
ReplyDeleteI love that box card! so much work. Love the aqua and brown for Christmas. Elegant!
ReplyDeleteHi Diana, Yay! on your new Cricut Maker!! Beautiful card. I've been making Christmas cards for this month. I love the Christmas box cards...they are beautiful!! I think that I've only made one of them ever! Where is this file from?
