FEBRUARY 11, 2012*** ANOTHER MY PINK STAMPER BLOG HOP/CHALLENGE****

Good Afternoon Friends,

The embossing is done with a Marvy  roller gadget, I don't know how else to describe it-- It is the precursor to the embossing folders. I was going through my arsenal of art supplies and  thought I would give it a try. It came out pretty good I noticed the indentation is not as deep as with the embossing folders. I used PTI stampers white and Kraft. The other paper is handmade silk and cotton. The ribbon is offray. The circle flower is cut from Cricut cartridge flower shoppe. The 2 sentiments are both from My Pink Stamper "Lunch Box Thoughts " stamp set. I wanted to use the I love you, but I can't seem to find it. This one I think I may have vaccuumed up because I remember putting it back and it fits at the very bottom of the set.
I vacuumed my art room just before we left for five days  Boo Hoo if it turns up I will let you know.
I also used stickles and puff paint on the flower.
I love Valentines, I love making the hearts and I love seeing everyone all lovey dovey when their oout and about. Love is truly in the air.

I am almost done with my 90 candy treat holders, I'm not doing 90 of the mailboxes. just the treats- I am fitting it in between cooking, cleaning, and laundry.  Going away for 5 days sure put me behind.
 Challenges:
My Pink Stamper: elements
Cupid's red wagon: Arrow

I hope to visit some of you later.Hugs, Diana

FEBRUARY 10, 2012***MY PINK STAMPER BLOG HOP/CHALLENGE****

Good Evening Everyone,

I hope you all got a chance to join in on the Blog hop over at MY PINK STAMPER. The design team did a fantastic job.  I love seeing what they create and then, being inspired to create something myself.   I used PTI Kraft card stock for the base. The pink and the red paper are handmade silk and cotton ( I didn't make the paper). The circle and the heart on the right are from punches. The heart and the love that look like a postage stamp are cut at 1.8 on the imagine from the Cricut Sweet heart Cartridge. The circle (1.25) which has the sentiment Hugs & Kisses on it is from My Pink Stamper Stamp set lunch box thoughts. The Love, is from the top part of Love, Mom same stamp set.

This is my entry into:
My Pink Stamper: circle, pink and an MPS sentiment
Frosted designs: Love is in the air
More Than Favors: Love
Paper craft star: Hearts

JANUARY 23, 2012***MY PINK STAMPER FIRST EVER GUEST DESIGNER***

Hi Friends,
I have some more great news to share with all of you.

I am so honored to be Robyn’s of My Pink Stamper, guest designer (first ever) for January 2012.  First, Robyn was the main sponsor of my blog hop on New Year’s Day and then, I‘m asked to be guest designer. Whoot! Whoot! Is my year starting off good.
I know that Robyn’s birthday is next week, ( it is actually tomorrow I typed this up last week)so I decided to make her birthday card and present for this spot. Here they are.

I used Mothers day Bouquet to make the flowers and Blossom (IC) for the patterned paper. The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper’s “Lunch Box Thoughts”
The ink is Jenni Bowlin Brown sugar.

I used the Create-a Critter, and the Blossom (IC) pattern cartridge for this card. The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper “That’s Punny-licious”
This is a 5x7 card. The hippo is cut at 3”, the birdie @1” and the two ewes @ 2.
I just love the way this came out.
I used Jenni Bowlin stick candy ink and the googly eyes are darice.

I made this mini beaded match book album, with all of Robyn’s favorite things.
The journal tags are stamped with the sentiments from MY Pink Stamper “That’s punny–licious.” Stamp set the images on the tags are from the Nursery tails cartridge. Happy Birthday Robyn!—I can’t surprise her now.
I hope all of you enjoyed my projects for the guest designer spot at Robyn’s,  MY PINK STAMPER.
For those of you who want to see how I put the card together and a little more info about the stamps and materials used. Please go over to The Pink Stamper, I made a video it is over there on her site today.

I made the video last week.  I shipped the goods to her, she probably has them already. Tomorrow is her birthday, make sure to wish her a Happy Birthday and let her know I sent you.

Thank you and have a blessed day, Diana

JANUARY 20, 2012-- FRIDAY-- SUMMER WHERE ARE YOU?

Good Morning Friends,

I did get a card made last night and a few visits in.  Blogger is doing a little better now and I can leave comments on most blogs I visit. I am really tired today so I'm going to post this and then go to bed. See you all tomorrow.
I had fun making this card I hope you like it.
I did a lot of layering.
I miss summer, because we really never had one this year .  Now our fall should  really  be called winter, we had freezing weather the other night. This is unusual for us.

This is from the imagine enjoy the seasons cartridge. The" I miss you" is from the top part of My Pink Stamper "lunch Box Thoughts , which in its entirety reads "I miss you  when you're gone"
This is an A2 card card stock PTI fine linen and the ink is jenni Bowlin Chili Powder.

I don't know if you can tell from this photo but my new glasses are purple. They do the trick. I wanted green, maybe I will find some. The purple look good.

I really appreciate all your comments.
