This has been a crazy couple of weeks with all the computer/ blogger problems I have had,

When you want your pastry you have to leave 10 minutes earlier? LOL I have had many many days like that but they never end up at a pastry shop... and you are right we have to stop and take in all the beauty that surrounds us everyday.
