Hi Everyone,
I am having so much fun with this Sweet Tooth boxes cartridge.
I made this box to fit these little charms that I found for a friend of mine who is a beadier. We have our gift exchange tomorrow. This isn't the gift I am exchanging, this is just for her, because she has been looking everywhere for them. Remember I happened to find the last 5 at a bead store in Frankenmuth Michigan.
The first box I made I cut at 8", once assembled it was 2 .75 square. Even as small as that seems, I thought it was too big for the little charms. So I decided to make one 4" which came out be 1.75" after assembling.
I then thought I would do nesting boxes. The cut projects 8,7,6,5, and 4 inches when assembled are 2.75, 2 3/8, 2, and 1.75.
I love the way these came out The tag was also cut at 4" which is in relation to the project, so in reality it is really only 1 1/4 x 2" .
I used My Minds Eye signature Christmas for all the boxes and for the tags (I actually cut all the tags sizes) I used basic grey which complimented The MME nicely.
I just love the way these came out and will be making more. The best thing about making these types of projects you use up a lot of paper so if you have a lot of paper---- I say go for it.
Have a great day. I will be visiting later-- The computer has been working pretty good now.
These are adorable!!! love the DP :)
