It is Design Day for me at SHOP PUMPKIN SPICE BLOG.
Here is what I came up with. I fell in love with this "Three bugs in a rug "Frisky 6x6 paper stack", there is also a sticker sheet that goes with it. I added some liquid pearls and I used punches for the circles. The button is from my stash
I used lemon drop twine from the Twinery. I also used ATG refill tape
