Hi Everyone,

I have a fun card today. I am using 3 different unity stamps that I won last week and I just thought I would have a little midnight fun, before I hit the hay!!  I met up with my nephews Mother in law yesterday for breakfast she was in town, we have spoken on the phone before and  we chat on line, but it was nice to meet her in person and have breakfast downtown.  We went to one of my old haunts, I forgot how good the food is there.  She was with a friend that she has known for a long time, there were here visiting her daughter who is going to college at the University.

The hubs has been sick for ten days and I am just praying I do not get it, and that he gets better soon.

I hope you like it.

Hi Everyone,

Here is the mojo sketch. This is the week we are challenge to do the skinny sketch. I chose the vertical, which is 3.5 wide by 5.5 tall the patterned paper I used is Basic grey "Lucille"  you would think I have no other 6x6 paper pad, but this just seems to last forever. I have had it for two years now and I am using it quite a bit.

The colors on the card are a little more subdued in person.

Here is  a close up of the sentiment.

I have added some sequins for pizazz.

The stamped sentiment and sequins are from Verve. It is my $2.00 card in my Etsy store Etsy.com/shop/DLART  for today only and then after  midnight, if it does not sell, it will go up to the regular price.
Mojo Sketch and Scripture medley. Leave a comment  I may make another one just like it (or similar) and give it away...You never know you may be the lucky winner.

Hi Friends,

Four more days and this month is over. I saw Michael Jr. Sunday night. He was pretty funny. He is very generous he donated quite a bit to our WOW (World outreach week)  at our church. I have six minutes to be out of the house, so my post is very quick.

On to my card
I used aqua mist and stampers select white card stock. I used some washi tape to hold the banner on I wrapped the thread in front and then added another piece of washi tape to secure it. The die and stamp set arr from PTI.  The thread I used is a very fine nylon filament, and YES!!!! it was hard to see it, to make the sequin banner.

I thought I would show you a sneak  first and If you want to  see the rest you will come visit.

Here is the full card. I feel like I'm on cloud 9 being in love.  Do you? The You reminds me of puffy clouds in the sky and the sequins are reflections of sunlight glistening through the  clouds and the aqua and white are cloud like in color.

Supplies used:
PTI Cardstock: stamper's select, aqua mist
sentiment: You are my

Hi Everyone,

I have a fun card today. I am using the 6x6 paper pad Basic Grey "Lucille". I have had this for 2 years and I have one more embellishment to go and about 8 more SDP sheets to go.
After all your comments last week on the paper scrap saving---- I decided to throw some of the smaller scraps out unless they are white, because those you can always stamp on.

Anyway here is my card for today.

I hope you like it.  Check back later I will announce the winner of the #148 challenge RED

THEME:  (Valentines day)/..... alternative thank you

I thought I would share the inside of the card with  you first. Because it is amazing , the cricut explore cuts these intricate details so well. Makes designing card almost effortless.
I used my envelope board to make a matching envelope. This is an odd size card. It is 1/2 the size of an A2.

Here is a close up of the inside I used stickles on the heart

The cartridge I used is Artfully sent cartridge, you can purchase that through my CTMH on line store.
I used two different stamp sets.
One is from the CTMH stamp of the month "This moment"

Those are the stamped images on the front of the card

and the other is from "Big Hug"
That is the sentiment on the inside.
My card stock is CTMH white daisy and cranberry. I knew at Christmas I would be needing a lot of red, because Valentines Day coming up, so I ordered a lot.

Hi everyone,

Happy Tuesday !! 8:00 pm and I am just now getting in to my art room. It has been a long day, but wonderful.

I needed some cards like this to send to people that are hurting and need prayer. I will probably make a few more of these, they came together pretty easily. The stamps and stamped image are from Verve. I used Tombow markers to color the butterfly. I flipped the sketch and moved the butterfly down because that will be the writing area (I can do that, it is my card (he he) and the sketch is just for inspiration) The  card base is PTI vintage cream and the embossing folder is cuttlebug swirls. The DSP is K & company. The twine is from my ETSY store.

I really like how my card came out. It was a great way to unwind and relax. Now I will go put my feet up. I hope you like my card.

Pretty Cute Stamps

I printed the little snowmen with the Explore then cut them. I made 3 layers of the word so it would have dimension, then I popped it up with foam tape. I added stickles here and there for a little sparkle. I had wanted this cartridge forever and I was so thrilled when they re-released it, that I jumped on it. I only have the digital version though. The colors that these printed out as, are the colors right from the book. When I set up the phrase to be printed it combined the words and its shadow and this is what I came up with. I like it I think it looks real artsy!! Hope you like
I will leave you with this one question--- What is your favorite part of winter?

Happy Sunday,

I wanted to share a "blast from the past"  I made this a couple of years ago for my mom. She loved it. With the pink it is so feminine and pretty and I thought it was perfect for mothers day.

I made the resin butterfly with Creative inspiration paints. I came across this photo and thought I might like to make another. This was super easy and quick to make, the box that is.  The resin butterfly was easy also, it just took some patience waiting for it to dry, so I could use it.

rhinestones from CIP

Hi Everyone,

I have a fun card today. I am using the 6x6 paper pad American Crafts XOXO. I can't believe how many cards you can get out of a single pad like this and there are always those little bitty scrap pieces. Let me ask you this. What is the smallest scrap size you save, just in case?  You know what I am talking about. You look at the little piece of paper 1" x 2" and you say to yourself, should I keep it? or should I throw it out? Or do you save a whole scrap box of paper 12" x12" x8 thinking you will use all those scraps  and then when it is full, just throw the whole thing out?

Anyway here is my card for today.

After I glued the buttons down with the Xtreme adhesive I realized it looks like they spell BOO, unfortunately I used the Xtreme adhesive there is no getting them off now without ripping the paper
(pssssst...  don't tell anyone), so I will just go with mixing the two holidays.

Hi Everyone,
Another quick post, I am back to my regular schedule now. Basically I did not get home until 7:00 pm last night. It was a long day, and another fairly busy one today.  My personal trainer really made me work out harder this time and I had already  warmed up and worked out for an hour before seeing him. I think I will be  a little sore tomorrow. I am really looking forward to this year. We had quite a few losses last year,  it  makes you appreciate the family and friends you have, that much more. I  few goals this year, I will reveal them at the proper time. One for sure is to come visit you all more, especially now that my computer is running smoother.

I needed to make a card to send to a friend and I thought this would be perfect. The heart is made from a foam sheet, my very own "FOAM sticker.

My card stock is classic kraft PTI, the stamped image is from Verve, the designer paper is from Heartfelt creations.

This card reminds me of spring.

Hi everyone,

Monday again, Yeah!!  I got my MOJO going really late, but still better late on Monday than not get it going until Tuesday.  I noticed a lot of red out there right now I guess everyone is gearing up for Valentines. I know I am. Here is my Valentines and MOJO card for today Here is the sketch

The reason for all the pictures: I am trying to get the sequins to sparkle,  I love them, I hope they are still in style. It was really funny the centers of the sequins were in the package so I made use of them and added them to a few of the flower centers.

Aren't the hearts adorable I die cut them, then stamped them with CTMH cranberry ink and popped them up with foam tape

Here it is straight on. I also inked the edges of the panel in front  and the heart to have it stand apart from the background prints
The DP is AC XOXO card stock
All my stamped images and die cuts are from VERVE, Wings of love

Hi Friends,
Welcome to the BBTB2 challenge. Our DT sister Michelle has chosen the challenge this week, she has challenged us to create a card, layout or project using  " A Snowflake" as the theme.
You must use a cricut cartridge with any die cut. That is it!! and have fun.

I have to say, I was working outside the box on this one (Pun intended). This was a super easy project. Because I made the boxes so small to open them on top would just rip the snowflake so, these would open on the side when you remove the twine. When I make them in the larger size you can open them by separating the snowflake from one side of the box to the other. This is a great size as a favor box. I cut two from one 12 x 12 sheet.

Supplies used.
