Welcome to week #2 of the DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY CHALLENGE #171

Hi Everyone,
I had been in MI for over a week, helping my mom and the family out with our moms recovery after her hospital stay. I am glad to report she is on the mend and was eating well when I left.
When I got home and went to start up my computer, nothing happened. I have the linky for you, but that is it for now. I will post the team's work and the guest designers project, please come back and check it out.
I was getting ready to go to bed and hit the on button for the computer and it started-- glad that happened I was able to make this post and now I will do a back up--. Now to report, I have not done a backup and computer is running smooth. I still need to do a backup.

My name is Gerda and live in the Netherlands, a city called Maastricht. I'am married with a wunderful guy for almost 29 years. Together we have one daughter. I'm crafting now for many years. A few years ago I bought my first Cricut Expression and started to explore. It's wunderful to craft with it. There are so many possibilities and combinations with all the cartridges. Last year I have bought my first Silhouette Cameo and explore this one. Almost all my crafting projects are based on the Cricut and/or the Silhouette. Some projects I make together with my daughter for her school.
In 2011 I started my crafting blog "CardsCreations" to share my creations with other crafting people. I'am not a computer freak so my hubby assists me with my blog and the photo's. He love's my hobby. My blog is in "Dutch" but have a translator in my sidebar.

Happy New Year! My head will probably hit the pillow before it's midnight here in Central TX. Looking forward to the new year. Have put my TX quarters on windowsill as a tradition my mother always had us do to ensure we would have money in the new year.
