Guess who's back?
Hope came in from the cold and it looks like she will be staying awhile she brought her suitcase with her this time.
Hope sent me a "SELFIE" to let me know she is here- This is from last year
My friend Hope arrived on Thanksgiving day and she has been very busy helping me with lots of things including making cards, packaging products and riding along to ship them out!! She will also be helping me with my blog! She is sponsoring the linky again this year (so I have no idea what her prizes will be). She text-ed me THE RULES that there needs to be an elf and red in the project. You know how she likes red. She also text-ed the more elves the better.
Long story short, link up 1 per day, no back linking and no stacking.
The rule is there needs to be an elf in the picture and red and leave a comment after each entry, give the number of your entry and explain what your elf is doing, so we can all read about it. Also comment on other people's elf antic links. The more comments you leave on other people's elf antics the better-- Hope will be checking. She is really excited to meet all your elfs.

ReplyDeleteHa, #4 is funny to me! I have two 30 and 29 years old. I had their pictures taken on a white background. I know they are up to antics today because they would not sit still for the pictures!!

Today elf #7 is up to sweet antics! We have a family card exchange and I am the sorter and repackager. My little elf took all 14 packages to the post office and mailed them...since this elf has no green on him...he stuck me with the postage!!

Ever since Loopy took a gymnastics class she just can't stop showing off her climbing skills! Number 9 has her hanging from the cute little owl hook in my 6 year old's bedroom and planning even more mischief!
ReplyDeleteI am hoping to join in as soon as I visit my daughter and pick up my little elf guy, who has been loaned to my 6 year old granddaughter. She wanted to take him to school to share on their elf day, and so he'll have to join later. In the meantime I may have to make do with a paper version...we'll see! So happy to see little Hope looking so stylish and adorable
ReplyDeleteToday my elf #10 is playing hide and seek. He was found in the silverware drawer and in his antics, he hid the steak knives so it is only finger food today!!

My question is does the red on the Elf outfit count for the red bee-cause I thought that there had to bee something red with the Elf besides the outfit? Please respond. ReplyDeleteHello, Diana! I just linked up Entry #12. I've been waiting for my Eli to show up, but still no sign of him! So in the meantime, I looked in my archives and found a photo that I didn't get the opportunity to share last year. This photo of Eli the elf with Brian's Mom was taken on Christmas Day 2015, at the nursing home where she lived. Eli was hiding in Kay's headband. Sadly, we lost Brian's Mom in June 2016, so Brian and I thought it would be nice to share this photo in her memory. R.I.P. Kay. We miss you! I've put the call out to Eli a few days ago, so I'm sure he will be here soon!

ReplyDeleteWonderful memory photo of Eli. Daisy Elf has found my Christmas music; Neil Diamond. Went to Dollar Tree store today to see if there were anymore Elves but both I went to were sold out. They had them earlier in wk when I bought battery operated Christmas light strands & some other Christmas goodies. Have not seen the winner post for today.

Yay! Eli has shown up! He came out of hiding today and surprised me (photobombed me!) with my gingerbread house fancy fold card! I'm so glad he's finally here!

DeleteLast night it happened...that four letter word...SNOW! We are now FROZEN! I had to borrow this pic because I could not freeze an elf! Today I think it will be a good day for elf#16 and I to stay inside and watch movies!

Entry #28 - December 7 - Today Eli the elf has decided to go on a road trip! He likes to travel by motor vehicle - this photo shows Eli in my car. Where's your seatbelt, Eli? Tomorrow and in the days to come, I will share who Eli met on his excursion!
ReplyDeleteLoopy has been getting into all kinds of mischief in the playroom this year and is having a ball! I think she needs an elf playmate or two to help keep her busy and use up some of her energy, don't you? No. 29 finds her hiding inside the toy bird cage so that the kids don't find her, but I don't think she's very good at hide and seek because I see her just fine!
ReplyDeleteI'm really enjoying all the other elf antics and seeing some of Loopy's friends from last year. Loopy says hi to Eli and Daisy, and is excited to meet some new elf friends as well. It's beginning to look like Christmas!

#32. Hello, Diana! I am having computer problems. I'm at the public library now to post this and to check my email. When I took the computer in for diagnosis (the first time), Eli found some old friends! Depending on what happens with my computer, this may be the last time you see Eli for a while... but hopefully I'll be back online soon.

Hello, Diana! It was my hard drive that crashed! My computer is fixed now and I am back online, but I have a lot of catching up to do! I just linked up a picture of Eli (entry #55). Eli is back from his road trip and has lots of photos to share so stay tuned! The purpose of his trip was to see how many other elves he could meet! He found lots of new friends on his travels! Here is Eli pictured with one of his new elf friends. There are so many entries since I was here last week, from #32 to #55, so I have a lot of elf visiting to do! I will be back to visit them all, but I have to catch up with my emails first!

Entry #67 - Here is Eli taking it easy, hanging out in a small potted tree at Walmart! He looks so cute there and he fits in nicely! He really liked the other elf at the top of the tree and thought he would spend some time getting to know him.
