Time for an all occasion card. I used dreaming big CTMH designer series paper and the stamp set is Tea-riffic. Also used shinhan markers 

 I did pop the flower and the teacups up with foam tape.
 The ribbon  is One Fathom ~ The Mermaid's Tale 1st Edition,  from the  DL.ART store.   Oh yes and I fussy cut those cute little cups and the flower.
