Hello  Everyone,

Here is the count down 2 weeks to go. Are you all done with your shopping? Not I !!! I use to have the bulk of my Christmas shopping done in August. I just started this week.  To many things going on, but it's all good. I will be posting my project here a little later today. I need to get to bed, so I have some energy for the rest of the week.

 Challenge #246 "BIRTHDAY"


Happy Thursday Everyone,

Happy Birthday to all the August babies!!!
Three more days, I can not believe my favorite month is almost over
I am always sad to see August end. I have a whole lot of fun stuff planned and scheduled in the month of September.  It was fun watching one of our neighbors (7 year old) finally nailed the art of riding a bicycle. His parents have been trying to get him to ride since the spring all their hard work has paid off.

   Another birthday card for your enjoyment:

 My card is 5' x 7". When I use the larger dies I need to make the larger size card. The DSP is AG and AC the music die is hot off the press. The flower die is AG. I used a reticulated die from AG in the center the Die cut Birthday is from PTI and the wishes is from CC.  For the dot on the i, I used a gem from want 2 scrap.  I hope you like my card I had a lot of fun making it.

week 4

I have had these edge dies from CC for awhile, but did not have the scallop edge die to complete the look. I also added some gold flowers and a butterfly, three little dots of Nuvo crystal drops and a flower garland at the top (scraps from my stash).  I am really happy with how this card turned out and I always love orange with kraft card stock. It measures 4.25 x 5.5.

All images and dies are from PTI, I used  versa mark black ink. This was a fun easy card to make.

The DS papers, dies and stamp set are all PTI. the ink is CTMH and the flower bouquet is really a tag and you can write a message on it when the card is open the flower pot stays on the left

The card measures 4.25 x 5.5.
