Another week For design team #2 at CELEBRATE THE OCCASION. This week the theme is BIRTHDAY, but it has to have a party hat. This image is from "wrap it up" It is a shape card and Most of the paper I used is PTI except for the yellow and the card base. I used Christmas red stickles for the brim stripes and sakura gelly roll pen to draw the hair curls. I think it is quite a "happy" Birthday card.
