FEBRUARY 11, 2012***SATURDAY***** A TAG****

Good Evening Friends,

I cut the tag at 3" from the Cricut  Sweetheart cartridge. out of PTI pure poppy and the love stamp is cut at 2.1. out of vintage cream.  The little hearts are cut out of textured metallic paper. I used a Sakura white gel pen for the faux stitching easy peasy.

FEBRUARY 10, 2012***MY PINK STAMPER BLOG HOP/CHALLENGE****

Good Evening Everyone,

I hope you all got a chance to join in on the Blog hop over at MY PINK STAMPER. The design team did a fantastic job.  I love seeing what they create and then, being inspired to create something myself.   I used PTI Kraft card stock for the base. The pink and the red paper are handmade silk and cotton ( I didn't make the paper). The circle and the heart on the right are from punches. The heart and the love that look like a postage stamp are cut at 1.8 on the imagine from the Cricut Sweet heart Cartridge. The circle (1.25) which has the sentiment Hugs & Kisses on it is from My Pink Stamper Stamp set lunch box thoughts. The Love, is from the top part of Love, Mom same stamp set.

Recipe:  A2 size card

PTI: Spring Moss
Cosmo Cricket for the patterned papers
I used prismacolors to color in the ears and the mouth
Sweethearts cartridge for the kitten and the phrase
The ribbon choker was American Crafts.
I used sakura glaze pen for the nose

FRIDAY- and SCRAP CARD

Today is Friday already and I had a bunch of scraps on my working area, so I decided to do a scrap card. These flowers are leftovers from when I made the Tri-fold card on Feb 3,  they are from the sweethearts cartridge. I used Autumn leaves stamps for the stems and some dual tip markers and chalking ink for the colors. Then I inked the edges of the card. The center of the flowers are studs. glued on with the i-rock tool. I'm not a real bling type person, but I like this tool-- it makes me want to bling
I glued some of the flowers on to the card and others I used foam tape to give them dimension. I am still thinking of that rainbow that I saw a couple of days ago. It poured rain all day today.  The rainbow card will be coming soon.

I will be using random for the drawing tomorrow at 12:00 noon PST. I can not imagine having 42 more followers by that time  tomorrow, but if that happens I will have a second drawing for the same giveaway
