Hello  Everyone, 

Valentine's Day is on Friday, but this challenge is for pink and or red, so there are many things you can design to  enter this challenge

I am still on the Valentin's day kick so here is another Valentine's day card and I just love the intricate cut and embossing on this heart shaped easel card



I will be moving most of my flair over to my Etsy store, because I will be adding my art work to my www.dianamlarson.com site check out my Elusive Mermaid the latest edition to my art prints and cards click here.  I will be working on my art more this year. The card challenges have changed and the challenges for the year are listed at the top under the tabs. The DL.ART Thankful Thursday numbered challenges will be twice a month now. starting on the 2nd and the 4th. Periodically I will offer a prize to the themed challenges

I am very Thankful for everything in my life, not just today, but everyday.

WOW how many layers you ask? I forgot, there were so many. I loved making this it went together pretty easily. I added some pearls to the top and just had a lot of making it. My card is 6x6 which is a different format than I usually make. Working with the a square card  is a bit different. I thought of making a shaped card, but I did not want the little curly corners on the top to get bent. I did pop it up with foam tape, that gives it even more dimension. It is from design try one if you get a chance.
 The ribbon at the very bottom is from the Newspaper bundle, RAO red  from the  DL.ART store.  I hope you are really inspired by this week's DL.ART designers and enter the challenge, and while you are at it send them some bloggy love..
