Hello again,

Another post!  A while back I got The Imagine cartridge Christmas wish. I had wanted this for so long and it was a really hard one to find. I am having fun using it today. Isn't that little critter from create a critter 2 - the cutest. Again I am using non traditional Christmas colors for this shaped Christmas card. For the shape I used Art Philosophy which I just got this past week. When this one came out I was really tempted to sign up for CTMH, but I had just purchased 3 other carts the week before.  Probably a good thing I did not.

The Noel was also from the CAC2. I used a total of 3 carts on this. Isn't that patterned paper the cutest?

Happy Hump day Everyone,



I have a really fun card for you today. I made my own background out of the two little mice from The Alley Way Stamps set "Sittin' pretty". I used Kraft card stock for my base. The elephant is cut from create a critter 2 and I colored filled it with Hey diddle diddle on the imagine then, popped him on my card with foam tape.  My butterfly is from creative charms. My little beads are from creatology and the burlap is from a huge amount I have left over from an art exhibit.

I did double faux stitching with a white gel pen sakura. There you have it.

Me again,


I just had to get my MOJO going today.  So hopefully this will inspire you.  You know I love thier skecthes and BBTB2 has and egg challenge going right now, so I had to combine the 2.  If I had to comment on my own card I would have to say too cute. Mainly because I used CAC2 and you know those images are all too cute. I love love love that cartridge.

 Isn't this a great sketch?   I hope to use it again..

Monday--

I think I got some Mojo for you today, better late than not at all.

Today was a beautiful day. I think it was in the 70's, I got outside and enjoyed the warm sun and got to come in and work on a couple of projects.  One of the prizes I sent came back. I missed one of the numbers that will be back in the mail tomorrow.

I received a call from one of my  nieces today. She was so excited she got the birthday gifts I sent and she was telling me how she has been making cards and everybody likes them. She is 15 now and just loves making cards. I sent her some sock monkey brads and a bunch of other fun embellishments.  She asked me, "Did my mom tell you I liked sock monkey's.  Apparently she does.  It made me feel good that she was so excited and will carry on the card making legacy.

My nephew her brother also liked his gift, I sent him a pop up camera book, he is into science so it was perfect and they always need clothes so I sent gift cards -- Can't go wrong there.

Back to my card making.

I always love the mojo sketches and today is no different than the others.

I also love the BBTB2 , so that is where my bunny comes from. Hope you enjoy my card.

Good Afternoon Friends,

I have had a lot of firsts in the last few days. Today is another one.  I can't believe this is the first time I have ever used the Ribbons and Rosettes cartridge. This is the very first Rosette on the cartridge, I thought I would start here because it looks like the easiest. I had wanted  this for such a long time and have had it for a few months, and just never pulled it out. In fact, I have not even linked it to my gypsy. oh my. I must do that soon.

I love the Bitten by the bug 2 challenge and the designers over there are so friendly and almost always comment which is really nice.  I really like to support their challenge and sometimes I enter more than once.

I made this to fit quite a few challenges.

I hope you like my rosette it did take some time to make I like my happy little smiley shamrocks from the create a critter 2 cartridge ( only the 3rd time I have used this one). This is such a cute cartridge I did not think CAC could be any cuter until they came out with CAC2. They are both adorable and they are printed on AC white card stock from the Spring Chik (IC) cartridge

Good Morning Friends,

I have a piece to share with you I have a few friends with B-days coming up and three are going to be the
BIG 40

So I thought I would make a somewhat sweet card for the friends that are other ages.

You soon to be 40 year old's look out Birthday cards after 40 are not very kind...

just a warning. You won't get those mean ones from me though.

I think this one came out so super sweet and cute. This is for someone over 50 so I wanted it to be fun and youthful.
