Happy Monday,

We have what looks like rain here today YEAH!!!!!!!

although it could just be a thick fog, I knew if the hubs washed both cars we would get rain, that is what we refer to as our rain dance (wash the car and it will rain)

sequins seem to be the thing right now if you have noticed I have been adding them and my new line of crinkle ribbon to almost everything. I don't know what got into me. I have never been much of an embellishment kind of person, but I am lovin' it!!

The crinkle ribbon is from my newest bundle that will be released this week

I like this sketch it is very simply and was quite easy to make a card from, so adding the extra embellishment still kept it somewhat cas looking.

I used the color scheme from  Laurie Wilison, the die is PTI and all my DP's are from the beautiful blooms collection.

Hi Everyone,

I have a happy sketchy watercolor-y inky look. Isn't this fun?

The Ink colors I used are Indian corn Pear and Pixie from my CTMH store. For the sketch lines I used Copic multi-liner pens--I love these, they are my go to pen. I used beautiful blooms stamp set  and I did a little generational stamping  on Canson  watercolor paper and then, I  took my paintbrush and water to move the ink around. I also did a little cross hatching in the centers of the flowers.  I like how this came out and it makes my Monday Happy.

Hi Friends,

I was experimenting with watercolor paint on stamps  and it did not look too good so I stamped on top of the water color. By doing that, It gave it more dimension and definition. Just showing you how I  corrected the mistake. I used the beautiful blooms stamp and rose madder, Alizarin crimson,  veridian water color and then I added  Jenni Bowlin lemon drop, stick candy, and cough syrup. All this on top of PTI basic white card stock and then attached to a PTI classic craft cardstock.
