Good Morning Friends,

It is my design day at Creative Inspiration Paints,  I thought I would get ahead and make another sympathy card.
This  card sort of evolved, I did not plan any of this and I  just started working until something came of it. I used Kraft ink on Kraft paper. I stamped the images on water color paper and then painted them. I used Royal purple for the largest flower, plum for the smallest and amethyst for the mid- sized. I fussy cut them out and then popped them up with foam tape. I used a spellbinders trim die and ran the die cut through  my xyron machine and then glittered it up.

Good Morning Friends,

This is October  and it is Breast Cancer Awareness month. I don't know if you all noticed for my post title yesterday  I put Breast Awareness month -- I decided I better go change that it probably meant something totally different.

Earlier in the summer I was telling you all, how we have temperatures in the 70's  and that is our norm?
Well, yesterday we hit 101 degrees. We are definitely not use to this kind of weather.  We do not have air conditioning, merely for that reason. Today we get a reprieve it should only get to 87.  To top it off I went to the gallery to hand deliver the art work and I parked in the wrong place. No, I didn't get a ticket, I just had a zillion stairs to climb up in the 101 degree weather. I probably needed the exercise, but I didn't need to do it in a sauna. 

I hope you enjoy this piece.

Last month I made a short video ( click here ) on making rosettes and at the time I knew I would be using them for this purpose. I will be making a BCA (Breast Cancer Awareness) card everyday for LUFP until the 14th.

I had fun with this card. The glitter is out now, and I'm trying to put a little sparkle in the lives of Breast cancer survivors.

I chose round

On my Joann's haul the other day I got this new spellbinders die, so as you can see I am playing with it. I  think of quilting and stitching when I think of new home. I have a friend who is buying a new home. I will work a little more on different styles of cards.  I'm not sure if this is as real a look that I want for the card so you will probably see more in the  next few days.

MARCH 25, 2012***SUNDAY***ALL THINGS GROW WITH LOVE......***

Good Evening Friends,

The celebration of life ceremony was very emotional. What a tribute to a great man. 

I came home finished up some of my household chores and had these papers still on my table so I thought I would make a baby card.  As I walked into church this morning the father of one of my friends said, his daughter was in labor as we speak.

Ironic How life is. I'm excited to find out about the baby so, I'll fill you in later

MARCH 5, 2012***MONDAY*** SURPRISE!!!!

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you all had a good weekend. My heart goes out to the tornado victims and all my friends that live in those areas, who are  wondering if they will feel the wrath of these deadly occurrences of nature. I just ask that you will all be at peace and comforted knowing that others care about you and are concerned.

I have managed to put together another Monday card and then get on with the rest of my busy day. I do believe I will get some visit  time in later.
This card cracks me up, because I made it to fit a bunch of challenges and I really don't think the green works all that well it should have more blue in it and it is at center stage which is funny- The sentiment is from PTI.
