Good Morning Friends,

Another DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge : Anything red and/or green 

The green paper is from Echo Park Very Merry Christmas, the neat thing about the tree design, is that the pattern is never really upside down, because of the light and the dark tree. Look at my picture at the bottom it is the back of the treat box and the dark tree is up right -- pretty neat, right ?

 Here is a close up of the top of the box and the different patterned snowflake, the patterned paper is from the Winter fun 6x6 paper pad, the red is core'dinations vintage collection I just love this paper

Check this pearl out Is this ever awesome?
it is VIVA pearl pen, that is a pretty good size pearl ( approx. 4mm) and look how round it is

 I used 12 x12 paper and cut the treat boxes out at fit to page. The cartridge that I used was Tags, bags, boxes and More 2. I really like this cartridge

 I will have the Mr. Linky icon up at 9:00 am.PST  and the challenge will run until December 22, 2012 @ 11:59-- we will be bringing in the new year. I am really looking forward to seeing all your creative projects.

Good Morning Friends, 

We are getting our summer weather now.  September and October are our most beautiful time of the year. We have three things going for us. The tourists are gone, the kids are back in school and the weather is awesome.  Because of this getting around town and getting errands done is a lot quicker. What takes 45 minutes to do in the summer can be done in ten minutes. I love it.

On to my card.  Mid 70's for us today yeah!!!!

 Here is the home made alphabet stamp I made from the foam sheet

I used my trusty old old old quick Kutz hand held die cutter, one of the first die cutting tools I ever purchased.
I almost got rid of it I am so glad I hung onto it. Here is the card with my little joy stamp. I used Jenni Bowlin  Brown sugar ink to stamp the image

 I like the way it came out. Christmas cards are always a winner in my book anyway.
Here i a close-up. All my card stock and papers are PTI except for the tree I used core'dinations in my favorite color-- GREEN

The image of the tree and the circle shapes come from Teresa Collins December 25th cartridge.
I used a copic liner pen for the stitching.

Good Morning Friends,
This is MY Design day over at Pumpkin Spice Blog . I'm glad you stopped by, because I just think this is the most yummy of colors and papers. I just loved working on this project, because the colors are so vivid and bright.

 This is an A2 card--- Here is another version - I love the patterns on the papers

 I used Teresa Collins Chic and scary

 Along with TBBand M 2 for the pumpkin, which can be used as a treat box.

I used the core'dinations Black magic card stock here, to give the sooty effect I sanded it so the orange would come out. Please stop by Pumpkin Spice and leave some love check out the other designers and the products that shop pumpkin spice carries . The deals are great. In fact I will be ordering my Christmas papers this week and. Be sure to check back o  the 20th when we will be showcasing our October kit.

Hi again Friends,

In between all the labor that is going on around the house today. I was able to eek in another card.

I thought my card was looking rather elegant until I added the peachy face, now I think it has a lot of character, which by the way, is the name of the stamp set everyday character faces. I always love these MOJO  sketches, but for some reason today I feel way behind, maybe because I am doing extra things.
I am being very careful of my shoulder. (I know that's what your all thinking she better not injure her self again) I promise I will be careful.

SUNDAY-AFTERNOON- OCTOBER 2, 2011

Happy Sunday,

I updated my Imagine on Friday--- None of my cricut cartridges or Gypsy work with it now.  All the things I had designed from the last two days  on my Gypsy are going to be done on my CE-2 manually, because I had designed them to go with the Imagine.

Here is my thankful/gratitude  Part of all this, I'll learn to use my Cricut expression 2 -- I'm sure Provo Craft will work all the bugs (PUN) out soon. I hope.  For all of you Imagine owners who procrastinate--- Good for you DON'T UPDATE--

Here is what I have done today so far. I'm posting this and linking it to Core dinations Challenge(Click Here). The color paper is core dinations the black is AC card stock the Card base is Papertrey Ink and is A2 size.  I love  how this came out. Fall is a very pretty season. I really love to see the leaves falling I think of them as whispers of love from Heaven.
Now I have to get dinner going
