Happy Monday morning,
The roofers are finished. Now, for the touch up on the paint, there were are few areas where it just could not be avoided. The last four years have been one major repair after another. Now we are hoping to have some peace and quiet for awhile. This morning I was able to peacefully make this card. Except it is raining, perfect timing to have the roof finished. Now, we can find out how good of a job they did. Funny how that works.
When we first moved in this home we had a lot of roof leaks even though it was a new home, it had gone through the Loma Prieta earthquake of 1989 (the one most people call the San Francisco earthquake). The epicenter was actually 6 miles from where we live.
Do you have any drippy roof stories?
