THEME: THANK YOU

I absolutely loved making these. The Cri-kit pens were like butter over the daisy white CTMH cardstock . I used ornamental iron 2, the cut I used is from page 56. I used the orange from the neon and regular set. They are on craft cardstock and the ink is saddle from my CTMH store.

I am looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

THEME: 
Vintage/or Shabby

 For the love I used the Cri-kit pens and pen holders to draw on the charmed tags from the cricut charmed cartridge an exclusive circle member cartridge. Under the tags I stamped with classic craft ink with the ruby reprise stamp.  The ribbon and flowers are from the Tim Holtz collection trimmings- Lavish

 All, but the white card stock is PTI the white is Bazzill. I used the MS punch effervescent. The keys, butterfly and tag die cuts are from My Creative Time. For my card I used the Art Philosophy cartridge.

The challenge will be open until 11:55 PST  February 25, 2014.

Thanks for all the entries on the last challenge, they were really really fun and Camping was something I really enjoyed doing until I discovered room service. I would never think of eating in bed at home, but somehow having coffee delivered to my room while still in bed is certainly appealing

Are you one of those folks that loved school?   or were you the type who had parents that thought it was like pulling teeth to get you out of bed, because you dreaded the thought of going to school?

DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge #116

THEME:  Back to school

                                                                         

I made four back to school cards -- a series kind of thing-   I really had crafters block on this one.  Once I started playing with the pens, the idea came to me. Back to school means fall is here and  I  just want to enjoy the last days of summer.  This past week the liquid amber in our front yard has dropped leaves and I am anticipating an early fall. A quarter of the  leaves on the tree have changed color

I used the Locker talk cartridge for the fun locker and lock image and then colored them in with Copic markers. How fun was this?  Lots

I did the same thing with the little milk carton

 For this chalk board I used DCWV chalkboard paper and the background was drawn with the CRI-KIT gel pen, then cut out I used a prismacolor pen to color in the areas that were drawn, I am very happy with these results

For the finally I just had to use my favorite color, again I used the copic markers on this one. I love that the Cri-KIT pens make the lines for me it is almost like a coloring book

DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge #109

THEME:   FLOWERS

The flowers in the front and at the bottom are drawn on the cricut with the Cri-kit pens using Mothers day bouquet cartridge I colored them in with copic markers and fussy cut them out and then added a pearl with a viva pearl pen. The Thanks comes from George and basic shapes, that was also made using the Cri-kits metallic gray pen in the cricut and using the cut feature.
 I love using these Cri-Kit pens. I used Basic Grey's Lucille 6x6 paper pad

The challenge will be open until 11:59 PST  May 21, 2013.

Here is what I used to make this card:

As I told you yesterday, I had to make another sympathy card.  I used the Cri-Kits gel pen holder and pen for the image along with coredinations textured card stock  layering and some stickles. The stamp is from Stampendous  and the background paper is from My Minds Eye. The base card stock is PTI. The pen glided beautifully over the textured card stock.

A2 size
I used PTI Kraft and hope die for the ribbon
The pink quarter foil card stock is embossed core'dinations, I sanded it and bent over the top right corner, Then I tore the bottom left corner
the black is AC card stock
I used the CRI-KiTS  pen holder with silver and pink pens for the type. The type comes from the Just a note cartridge that is installed in the expression  2 machine which brings me to .....
