DLART- ART, FLAIR BUTTONS AND CRINKLE RIBBON

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE,

Welcome to the
DL.ART MAY 2020 LINKY CHALLENGE
"Always anything goes" on the monthly challenge...

April Showers bring May flowers! I sure hope that is true this month.

Here it is May 1 and I am thinking Hibiscus, so I decided to look through my card stock and see if I had any Hawaiian paper. The pineapple strip is foil and the card is very pretty in person with 110 # card stock base and the image is hand colored with copic markers on premium 110# card stock also.

If you are wondering where the stamped image came from it is none other than DL.ART . It is a digital stamp that I made from one of my drawings and it comes with 4 sentiments.
It is available now.  CLICK HERE

Here is a look at the DL.ART digital stamp set, "Hero Nurse"

Hi Everyone,

Don't you just love it when something unexpected happens, that is nice. I walk in our neighborhood a lot and the other day one of my neighbors came out and asked me if I would like some strawberries.
Here is the thank you card I made for her. I like how it came out, I hope she will to.

We had a beautiful Sunny day here yesterday. I had a  dinner to go to last night, so I started on this at 8:00am.  I ran out of dowels had to go to the craft store to buy more. While I was out I thought I might as well get a gym workout in.   I was running out of time other wise the hosts would have gotten 12 roses. Traffic was horrendous, normally it would take 10 minutes to get to where I was going for dinner, this time it took 45. That is what happens when you live in a tourist town and it is memorial weekend.
Happy memorial Weekend.
I love the holidays.

Good Morning Friends,

Spring is about 4 weeks away, I always look forward to this time of year. The last leave on the liquid amber outside our front door has just fallen and there are new sprouts for the coming season. The breeze is a bit gentler than the howling winds from the winter and everything is looking brighter and more cheerful. On that note I have note made a pin wheel since I can't remember, but now that it is posted I probably wheel ( that is a PUN, not  a misspelling)
I hope your Monday is off to a good start. I really enjoyed the warmth yesterday I high to day is about 20 lower than yesterday -54 here--What is yours?  I really love hearing what your temp is, and for those who let me know thanks for sharing.

Awhile back I was testing the calibration on my imagine and I printed out all these little squares, I think I have about two hundred or so. I glued two together to make this, it measures 2 ". The stamp is from PTI "Spring tags" inked with Versamark Onyx black ink. The ribbon, button and twine is from my stash The card stock and gingham check is also from PTI

Guest Designer Spot at Little Scrap Pieces

Good Afternoon Friends,

My friend Karen over at Little Scrap pieces asked me to be her guest designer for today, so I decided to make an easel card. I have not made too many of these and they are very easy, but No that is not  the challenge for you. I feel so blessed and honored that she asked and this is on the heels of celebrating her birthday. This has been quite a fun month

We are calling the challenge  "Make It Sparkle"-  The handmade paper I used is fiber based, it is really fabric paper with sparkles in it. I love the way it came out, my color combo is purple, grey, yellow and orange. I used copic markers on the nail polish and the lipstick to give them dimension.
My sentiments are from Inkadinkadoo. The ribbon is SU so saffron from my friend Cely as a birthday gift, she is a sweetheart to.

I added one pearl on the handbag and 3 black pearls  above the Thank you.
All my card stock (not counting the fabric paper) is from PTI.

Have a great day, Make sure you go by Karen's to see her piece and enter the challenge. I'll come by and see what you created

Challenges:
DCD:yellow, orange, purple ,grey
CTO:Thank You , Easel
CWC:Thank You
MEFY:3 pearls

Have a blessed day, Diana
