Hi Friends,
I thought I would let you know what the technical difficulty was. I had designed this card.
The imagine and my gypsy were not getting along, I had created my design on the gypsy and it was very very late and my head was hurting, I am serious, I know you know that feeling. It's information overload. I had not had one minute to myself the whole day -- Oh I take it back I was alone getting ready to be with everyone. I am truly thankful for all my wonderful friends. It was a good day. I have a lot of appointments today and just needed to get some sleep.
There you have it. Have you ever had one of those days?
On to the card and the challenge
The challenge: A card for a Man you will have until June 23, 2012 11:59 pm
I used Art Deco for my man image and the imagine Country carnival for the patterned paper the other patterned paper is DCWV guy stack.
Yesterday was beautiful here, I headed out with a light weight wool sweater and a jacket, by mid day it was in the mid 70's --Our weather is very strange and unpredictable here along the coast. Sometimes the fog decides to stay in all day and it stays cool other days it will lift and get warm.Yesterday was one of those days. Layering is a fact of life, I don't know why I didn't layer or take a light weight shirt.
It was a great day. We had our end of year Knit wits luncheon and , afterward I met up with another friend and while we were visiting, two other friends popped in the bakery where were. I was really good I did not have a pastry, (I guess I had enough to eat at the luncheon) but I did get a bear claw to go. That was for DH, he loved it.

Have a blessed day, Diana

Like the masculine card with ties. Reminds me of yesterday when my daughter and I went to Kohl's and she selected a red tie for him for Father's Day. Usually we do not buy him a tie but he has only 2 and needs one for a wedding we will be attending which has a theme of Creative Crew Black & Red theme for guests wedding attire. Also bought him a white short sleeved shirt. He has black pants. Bought daughter 2 belts & Beatles shirt. She was so happy when she found the shirt and even more happy when she saw the price was reduced to $4. I tried on couple things but did not find anything to buy for me but thankful to have found the things I did for hubby & daughter.
