JUNE 26, 2012***TUESDAY***Out of Commission :-(

Hi Friends,
I am out of commission today. Right shoulder dominate hand. All I ask keep me in your prayers. I'm hoping to be able to post a project by Thursday. This hurts even to type this

    Sending healing thoughts your way...remember...ice is your friend. I get tendinitis in my shoulder from time to time...painful like crazy. Sometimes if you catch it when it's starting...and you ice it like mad and rest it...you can nip it in the bud...so to speak. Take care! Lee-Ann :)
